At Mina Beauty London, we're dedicated to ensuring your gorgeous makeup arrives safely and promptly. Please take a moment to read our shipping policy to understand our processes and your options.

Processing Time:

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience. Once your order is processed and ready for dispatch, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.  

Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times:

We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-5 business days after dispatch.

Following shipping option is used for all international delivery:

• Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7-14 business days after dispatch.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed. Delivery may take longer due to factors beyond our control, such as postal delays or remote locations.  

Shipping Costs:

All Mina Beauty products are free shipping within the UK, However for international delivery, shipping cost is £3.00 fix.

Delivery Information:

• Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. Mina Beauty London is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
• Deliveries are typically made during standard business hours. If you are not available to receive your order, the carrier may leave a delivery attempt card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local depot.
• We do not currently offer Sunday delivery.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

While we take great care in packaging your order, sometimes items may get lost or damaged during transit. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date or receipt of the damaged package. Please provide your order number and any relevant photos of the damage. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a satisfactory resolution for you.
